Return and Replacement Policy

Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

Notes

Specially ordered or personalized items are not entitled to a 14-day refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the goods received due to our reasons are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is
not obliged to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product;

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you a receipt. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missed refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at team@sailsmiles.com.
